I am a yoga teacher in London and Sussex. I teach yoga retreats in Thailand from December - April.
My classes include classical hatha yoga asanas (postures) to help tone, strengthen and increase flexibility. Incorporating a flowing movement of forward bends, back bends, inversions and twists to stretch the spine in eight directions, thereby balancing the central nervous system. We complete the class with a deep relaxation, essential to store and ground the energy created during the class leaving you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized!
Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome!
