What's it about?
Gina teaches classical hatha yoga flow which embraces the precision of Iyengar, the style of Sivananda, and the flow of Ashtanga with a focus on safety and alignment.
Classes consist of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation. All asanas are practiced barefoot on a special sticky mat. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing to class and avoid eating for at least two hours before the class begins. You should always move at your own pace during your practice, ensuring that you are challenging yourself without straining and working within your own limits.
