The Yoga Retreats are suitable for everybody regardless of age or abilities. It's not about being able to perform complicated poses and movements. The power of yoga is in the breath work. Join me at Koh Ra Ecolodge located on a beautiful remote island off southern Thailand's Andaman Sea coast. The Ecolodge is on a small sheltered horse-shoe bay on the north end of Koh Ra island.
